Republic Swing for Manchester United and Sports Relief!!

Republic of Swing Manchester will bring Samba to the Theatre of Dreams. Sport Relief and Manchester United Foundation have teamed up to bring you what promises to be a day full of fun and entertainment for all the family at the one-off fundraising event, United Relief Live: The Big Red Family Day Out at Old Trafford on Saturday 1 May 2010. Starting off the day The Saturdays, The Hoosiers and Tinchy Stryder will warm up the fans in a pre-match concert, and will be joined by Britain’s Got Talent dance troop Flawless and legendary crooner Tony Christie. Following this will be the return of six ’99 treble winning heroes – Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Denis Irwin, Jaap Stam, Ronny Johnsen, Dwight Yorke and Andrew Cole playing alongside a host of celebrities including Ronan Keating, Olly Murs and many more who will be putting their skills to the test. The Rivals are the opposing squad; featuring former stars Des Walker, Ian Rush, Peter Beardsley and John Barnes as well as celebrities including Tim Lovejoy and Jason Manford.
