The Most Visible Brazilian Celebration in London's History!

This 12 August, Brazil will begin its reign as the Olympic nation right here in London.

The Rio 2016 team is looking for London's most capable Samba performers to ring in the celebrations.

We are looking for dedicated performers who can attend rehearsals throughout July and August to help create the most visible Brazilian celebration in London's history.

Come along and learn how to play the percussion instruments that feature so intoxicatingly in Cuban carnival music. Discover the melodic interplay created by the warm tones of conga drums mixed with syncopated cowbell lines, all driven forward by the patterns of the bass drums.
